Phase 1 Week 4: OrganicLever Takes Shape

OrganicLever frontend deployed to production with Spring Boot backend in development, three-tier BDD testing with 99 Gherkin scenarios, 95%+ coverage enforced across all projects, 7 CI/CD workflows, dependency modernization including Next.js 16, Go 1.26, and TailwindCSS v4. Phase 1 infrastructure solidifying.

End of Phase 0: Foundation Complete, Phase 1 Begins

1,200+ commits completing Phase 0: Playwright E2E infrastructure, 9 programming languages at production quality, 56 specialized agents with 33 skills, content standardization achieving 100% compliance. Foundation complete—Phase 1 (OrganicLever) starts next week, Insha Allah.

Phase 0 Week 8: Agent System and Content Improvement

6-layer governance architecture established, 45 specialized AI agents deployed, Skills infrastructure for knowledge delivery, content quality improvement with comprehensive quality standards. Foundations continue to strengthen.

Phase 0 Week 4: Initial Commit

440+ commits of systematic progress in early Phase 0: documentation framework taking shape, monorepo architecture established, AI agents system emerging, dual websites launched. Foundation work continues with focus on building solid groundwork.
